Time of Incident: 0930hrs

On 01-13-06, a male exposed himself to three (3) females, during two (2) separate incidents, in the Borough of Spring Grove. The suspect was identified and arrested on the same date.

Arrested: W/M Donald Michael Smith, DOB 10-22-84, resides 100 blk. S. Main St., Spring Grove, PA

During the first incident at 9:30 AM on 01-13-06, an adult female was walking in the 100 blk of Pine Ave. when the suspect exposed his buttocks to the victim.

During the second incident at 9:45 AM on the same date, two females were at a business in the 100 blk. of Water St. when the same suspect entered the business and exposed his genitals to the females. Both victims were adults.

Ofr.’s Stu Harrison and Jeff Knouse identified the suspect and made contact with him at his residence at which time he was taken into custody. The suspect was also charged with illegal drug possession after a substance was found on his person at the time of the arrest.
