Date of Incident: 11 January 2006
Time of Incident: 0900hrs

On 01-24-06, at 9:00 AM, the suspect W/M James Riley Williston, Jr., DOB 07-07-67, no fixed address, physically broke down a door to an ex-girlfriends residence, located in the 100 blk. of N. Walnut St., Spring Grove, PA, and entered the home. 

The suspect was armed with a knife and threatened the resident and another person at the home.  After approx. 45 minutes of “terrorizing” both victims, the suspect took the keys to the victim’s vehicle and left the area.  The vehicle is described as a black, 1989, Chev. Cavalier, Z24.  No one was injured in the incident. 

The suspect is also wanted for Virginia felony warrants.  The suspect is described as W/M, 5’-10”, 190 lbs., green eyes.
