General Information

What information do I need to provide to the police if I am involved in an accident?

Ideally, if you are involved in an accident, you should contact the police at the time of the incident so the responding officer can do a complete investigation.  If you are involved in an accident and need to report it after the fact, we will need the following information:  The date, time and location of the accident; Your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and driver's license number; Your vehicle license plate number, VIN number, make, model, color; Insurance company name and policy number; We will also need the same information for any other vehicles involved in the accident and/or property owner's information if there is any damage to private property.
